Enjoy a new tea from Nepal that is a hybrid of the Chinese black and Indian Assam varietals–knowing your supporting the farmers and tea-pickers that sustainably grow these amazing crops!
Nepal’s tea traditions are well-known. They have been bringing us the world-famous Darjeeling branded teas for decades…it’s now Nepal’s turn to showcase their single-origin hybrid Black-Assam tea, grown at the highest known altitudes.
Coffee, on the other hand, has been cultivated in Nepal for just under a decade. HTCC is working with the Sumatran people, who are also helping Nepal develop it’s cooperative coffee farms. In addition, the Sumatran people, with a long history of organic coffee farming practices and coffee processing techniques are ensuring that Nepal’s coffee farms are organic and sustainable for many more years.
